and "Reach Promotions" all refer to Reach Promotions
By using the services of
Reach Promotions, you agree to the following conditions:
- That
filling out a form on the Reach Promotions website, sending
a completed
PAD file, or faxing an application for the use of our
services merely constitutes a request. It does not guarantee
that we can or will proceed with the submission or package.
- That while we
will do our best to ensure that all submitted information
is correct, Reach Promotions can in no way be held responsible
for any
incorrect data that may be supplied or submitted.
- That while we
will attempt to ensure that the maximum number of submissions
are accepted,
Reach Promotions can in no way be held in any way responsible
for the actual number of successful submissions.
- That Reach Promotions
shall in no way be liable for any consequential, incidental
or direct damages suffered in the course of using this service.
- That we
reserve the right to alter, add or remove any of the components
of this service without any notice being given.
- That we
reserve the right to alter, add or remove any of the submitted
information.
- That
payment for the services of Reach Promotions is completely
and totally non-refundable.
- That Reach Promotions
reserves the right to include author and/or company's name
and nature of promotion on the Reach Promotions Web Site
or other location whether on Internet or not and whether in
digital medium or not.
- That by
using the services of Reach Promotions, you accept and
acknowledge that the results achieved may not always be visible
or instantaneous.
